We are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Professional to join a highly successful, fast growing and ambitious company within Newcastle.
Our client is listed within the FTSE 250 and due to a new national contract we have an immediate position for an Experienced Continuous Improvement Professional.
With a starting salary of 20,000, with excellent benefits, the Continuous Improvement Officer will be responsible to identify customer history and develop systems to ensure root cause information is communicated across the business to develop maintain and enhance where applicable enhanced Customer Improvement.
The Appointed Person will become an integral part of the Customer Service Team and typical duties will include:
- Analyse Key Information to identify any failures in Service
- Communicating Information in a report and verbal format
- Provide Solutions and Recommendations from Findings, and working closely with Senior Management to implement corrective measures
- Develop steam lime systems and enhancing communication for all to follow
- Evaluating Trends in data and documenting customer intelligence
Experience and Skills Required
- Knowledge and awareness of tools and techniques used in Root Cause Analysis
- Previous Business Analysis and Continious Improvement Experience
- Experience of a similar role in a Customer Service Environment
- Excellent IT and Communication Skills
- A background in Quality Assurance is desirable
