Highly successful national recruitment agency is seeking to appoint a recruitment resourcer to work directly with a small team of Consultants. Duties will include:
- Managing candidate responses to web and press advertising
- Telephone screening
- Short listing and diary management
- Managing in-house database systems ensuring up to date and accurate information
- Market Research and data cleansing
- Marketing - producing marketing materials
- Other ad-hoc administration duties
Candidates should have first class communication skills with the ability to liaise well at all levels. You will build excellent working relationships both internally and externally and enjoy providing the highest levels of customer service.
Additionally, you should be extremely well organised with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload. Team-working skills are a must for this role as the position involves working within a close-knit team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong administration and IT skills and have a creative and flexible approach to work.
