    Salary: £42,586

    (Starting salary up to £52,500 may be available for an exceptional candidate dependent on location)

    In HMRC Contact Centres we put the customer at the heart of all we do and aim to deliver efficient high quality and competitive services from a highly committed and motivated workforce. We are going through a significant cultural change to enable us to achieve our Ambitions. Contact Centres employ 10,500 people in 20 sites throughout the UK and handle around 60 million calls from customers on mainly Tax Credits and Taxes enquiries but also a number of smaller business lines.

    As Contact Centre Manager you will:

     Be an inspirational leader and manage to deliver a great customer experience
     Communicate effectively, engage with your people, providing support and development every day
     Be dynamic, energetic and resilient with a can do attitude
     You will have experience of:
     Leading a large operational management area of at least 100 people in a customer-focused, real time environment
     Delivering excellent performance across a range of complex operational and people measures
