An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Administrator to provide administrative support for the Washington branch.
The Job:
1. Producing weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner as requested by the management
2. Maintaining operational and petty cash paperwork
3. Administration issues relating to local personnel records (Sickness, absence etc)
4. Collating budget figures for the Area Operations Manager
5. Maintaining branch stationery supplies and collating and verifying all associated paperwork
6. Booking of hotels, travel etc for the team
7. Fleet vehicle administration
8. Liaison with external agencies where necessary
9. Arrangements of meetings and interviews
10. Operations tasking
The Person:
1. Well organised and methodical with strong all-round office skills and administrative experience
2. Able to work effectively and efficiently, unsupervised and as part of a team
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
4. IT literate
5. Able to work with a wide range of people and agencies
