| Operations Manager £32,000 - £38,000 4*Hotel We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of this stunning corporate 4* Hotel in County Durham. The hotel has 100+ bedrooms, a busy 200 Cover Brasserie style Restaurant and busy Bar Lounge area. The busy Events department 4 large functions rooms with a capacity of up to 250 delegates each and numerous syndicate rooms. With usually 2 weddings per weekend, the hotel is a very popular wedding venue. Second only to the General Manager you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the entire Hotel operation. You will have 7 HODs reporting to you. This demanding role requires an experienced F&B orientated Man Manager with a 4* or exceptional 3* corporate background who can hit the floor running.
